Turing Full Stack Engineer interview experience

What I was told matched a fairly standard pattern: they focused on my skills and background, including experience and education, and then they moved toward a decision that resulted in either a shortlist or a rejection.

Because there weren’t concrete questions or round formats included in my notes, the experience felt more like a general description than a real walkthrough of what the interview itself looked like.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my main takeaway was just that the screening criteria were framed around fundamentals and fit, with the process ending at selection or rejection.
