Turing Software Engineer interview experience

The conversation was mostly introductory—I talked through my background and work experience, and they explained how the scheduling would work across time zones. They told me I’d need to work four hours that overlap with the US time zone, and the other four hours could be at any time during the day.

Overall, the HR call itself felt straightforward and easy, with the main takeaway being the practical logistics of the role rather than any deep technical evaluation. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but that recruiter stage gave me a clear picture of what the working arrangement would be like.
