Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

The role and the overall job seemed great to me from the way they presented it, and I remember feeling like the atmosphere was welcoming.

What stood out was the impression that they didn’t treat me like an intern. The tone made it feel more like I was being considered as part of the team from the beginning—almost like I belonged there.

There wasn’t much detail on the technical depth in what I received, and I didn’t get an offer. Even so, the friendliness and the culture vibe were the strongest takeaways from the process.
