Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

The interviewers were tenured and responsible for the discussion, and they came across as very kind and understanding—especially since I was coming in as a fresh graduate.

What stood out to me was the way they guided the flow. Instead of acting like I needed to magically produce the perfect answer, they helped me realize what the right direction could be as we talked. It didn’t feel like I was being judged by someone far above; it felt closer to speaking with colleagues who were trying to get to the bottom of how I thought through problems.
