Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

It felt mostly like a structured overview of the Customer Success Engineer role, but it wasn’t vague—there was a lot of detail packed into it, and the discussion stayed focused on whether I understood what the job actually involved. It didn’t drag on; it was more “clear and concise” than anything drawn out.

After that HR step, if I cleared it, the next stage would be a technical interview. Overall, the experience felt straightforward and stage-gated: first the role fit and basic understanding through HR, then moving directly into technical evaluation.
