Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

After the webinar, the process moved into an interview and then a separate technical interview.

The interview and technical portion felt manageable as long as I knew my stuff; it wasn’t described as trick-questions so much as expecting solid understanding on the technical side. The difficulty didn’t come from being overly confusing—it came from having to be ready to handle technical questions.

I didn’t receive an offer. The overall feeling was that the steps were fair and accessible, but the technical focus meant there was little room for being vague.
