Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

It was a one-on-one conversation where I was asked a series of questions that ranged from easy to difficult.

We started with networking terms—I had to define a few—and then the discussion shifted into my past experiences in troubleshooting. That combination made it feel practical: they weren’t just checking definitions, they wanted to hear how I handled real problems.

I didn’t receive an offer afterward. Even so, the difficulty ramp was pretty clear, and I could feel the interview moving from foundational networking into applied experience.
