Trend Micro Inc. Customer Success Engineer interview experience

It was the first gate, and if I passed it, I would move to a technical interview. After that same passing step, I would be scheduled for an HR interview.

Alongside the exam route, I also received a Codility test to complete. The sequence felt like a multi-part evaluation designed to filter for both general and technical competence before any personal HR conversation.

I didn’t get an offer from what I went through. The main thing I took away was how many separate evaluation steps there were before the process even reached HR.
