Torc Robotics Software Engineer interview experience

Albuquerque, NMPosted Mar 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt efficient, insightful, and unusually smooth.

From the way the interviewers approached the conversation, I got the sense they genuinely cared about the company and about how the process worked between interviewers. Safety came up repeatedly, and it felt like a real practice rather than a buzzword they only mentioned once.

Overall, it was a positive experience and stayed consistent from start to finish. Even with that good feeling, I didn’t receive an offer.
