My process started with a short recruiter screening, mostly focused on general fit.

It didn’t take long, and soon after I was sent an OA. The OA arrived about a week after that screening and ended up being a long one, combining multiple-choice questions with a LeetCode-style coding section.

After working through the OA, I moved into the rest of the process, but I didn’t ultimately receive an offer. The overall impression I had was that the company put real weight on the initial assessments, and that first step set the tone for how the rest of the evaluation would go.
