GermanyPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview didn’t feel carefully organized from the start.

The conversation was very unstructured, and it came across like the people running it weren’t properly prepared. Questions were general and at times even felt contradictory, and there wasn’t a clear sense of what the role really expected from me.

By the end, the whole experience felt chaotic and not very professional. I left without any positive momentum, and I ultimately wasn’t offered the position.
