Times Internet Software Engineer interview experience

I went through four technical rounds and cleared them all.

After that, HR got in touch and started discussing salary and joining date timelines, and they even confirmed they would release an offer in about two weeks.

The surprising part was how quickly everything stopped. Once the timeline passed, they went completely off the grid—no calls, no communication, and no updates. It was honestly frustrating because all the interviews were successful on my side, but the process never moved forward.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the most negative feeling I took away was the sense of investing a lot of effort only to end up with silence afterward.
