My process was compact: two rounds and a written assignment.

The first part was just a general introduction, and then the second round was directly with a manager.

Alongside the interviews, I had to complete a written assignment within three hours. That timed component was the most distinct part of the experience—it required me to slow down and structure my thinking rather than just answer verbally.

I got through the stages, but I didn’t end up with an offer. The process overall felt easy, though it didn’t translate into a hiring outcome.
