I first got a call after someone reviewed my LinkedIn profile, and we had an initial discussion over the phone.

The next day, they scheduled the interview right away.

The full process had four rounds: two technical rounds, then a technical-managerial round, and finally an HR round. It felt like they were layering responsibilities as I progressed—first validating technical depth, then assessing how I thought as part of a broader engineering context, and ending with HR.

I made it through the process, but I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, compared to chaotic hiring cycles, this one felt organized enough that the main disappointment was simply the final decision.
