Times Internet Software Engineer interview experience

Positive

IndiaPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview process felt smooth and intentionally paced to make me comfortable.

They asked a mix of practical and conceptual questions, and the overall tone was relaxed.

What stood out was how focused the questions were on assessing my actual ability rather than trying to trick me. It didn’t feel adversarial; it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how I think and what I can do.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even with that, the way the interviewers ran the rounds left me with a generally positive impression of the process quality.
