My process felt fairly standard at first, but it was still thorough.

I went through a personality quiz, then later I completed a background check and had to take a drug test after that. Overall, the intent seemed to be both whether I qualified and whether I would genuinely fit the role.

Once I actually got into the interview portion, it came across as professional and well-run. The people I spoke with were friendly, and the questions were framed around the kind of service and product knowledge the position required. I remember feeling like they expected me to show genuine passion for serving customers, not just list experience.
