It started with a phone screener, and once I got past that stage the process moved into a one-on-one with a sales manager.

After that conversation, the next step was essentially an offer decision, so the whole thing felt pretty quick from start to finish.

During the sales manager portion, I talked through my background and how I approached selling, and the questions came with a situational angle. A store manager also got involved with scenario-style questions, and there was a sales demonstration component where I showed competence for fine jewelry and watches. Meeting at two levels of management also stood out—each person wanted to hear about my work experience and my customer service experience.
