My process started with a group format where many people began, but only a handful stayed in for the rest.

It opened with a systems test to check computer skills, and then it moved into a group conversation focused on soft skills.

The group interview made the style of interaction itself part of the evaluation, so it wasn’t just what I said—it was how comfortable I felt in that setting. I ended up feeling that if I clicked with the vibe and the pacing, the rest of the role would feel more natural.

Overall it didn’t feel overly complicated, just selective. The main thing I carried out of it was how much the process was designed to gauge day-to-day comfort, not only experience.
