I went through a multi-round ad-tech style process that started with a recruiter call and then moved to a hiring manager conversation, followed by multiple rounds with coworkers.

The friendly vibe was consistent—people came across personable and easy to talk to.

What stood out was that I ended up with an extra presentation requirement that didn’t feel fully aligned with the rest of the process. The presentation was meant to test both my data abilities and how I could lay out a strategy with an executive-level overview. The format was unusual compared to the rest of the interviews, and it made the process feel a bit less streamlined than I expected.

Even with that, the overall experience wasn’t hostile or disorganized, just a little more demanding in the presentation
