The Ohio State University Research Analyst interview experience

The conversation was relaxed and professional, and it quickly focused on my research background and motivation for joining the lab.

We talked about how my skills aligned with what the project was aiming for, and the interviewer also walked me through the lab’s ongoing research and what graduate assistants were expected to do. I appreciated how conversational it was—more academic fit than tricky behavioral questions. By the end, I felt like I understood the deliverables and expectations in a much more grounded way, which made the whole process feel smoother than I’d expected.
