My interview centered on straightforward questions about why I was interested and what my real passion was behind the work.

The environment felt friendly, and the questions kept coming—part of it was getting a sense of what I wanted to do with my degree and how that connected to the role.

What made it feel easier was the transparency from the people interviewing me. They explained their criteria in detail, so I wasn’t guessing what they were looking for, and it helped me tailor my answers around the program’s expectations. Overall, it felt positive and confidence-building rather than stressful.
