Los Angeles, CAPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was short and direct, just around 30 minutes, and it mostly hinged on whether I could show the right presence when I walked in.

They asked a handful of work-related questions, including whether I knew about the company and the equipment they deal with. The fact that I’d been a regular customer helped—I think it made my personality and self-awareness come through naturally instead of feeling forced.

The environment wasn’t tense, and the whole thing felt like a quick check for fit. I didn’t experience a long hiring process, and the conversation didn’t drag.

I left with a pretty clear read on what they valued, even though it didn’t lead to an offer from my perspective at the time.
