After I was reached out to and went in for an interview, I came back for a second one with another manager.

The overall vibe was friendly and not overly stressful, and they also ran a reference check as part of the process.

What surprised me was how quickly the wrap-up happened after the interviews. I received an offer shortly after, and it immediately turned into a discussion about my availability and training.

I ended up getting the offer, and the main takeaway from my experience was that the process felt efficiently coordinated once I got past the initial interview stage.
