I applied online and then waited a bit while local management reached out through phone or email.

Once I had a date, I went in for an in-store interview that only took about 15 minutes. That first conversation included a reference check and felt like a basic screening to confirm fit.

After that, I was called in again for a second interview and an onboarding process. The whole timeline felt super quick and easy, and it was clear they were trying to move rapidly from initial conversation to next steps.

By the end, the process didn’t feel stressful at all—more like a quick sequence to get me set up than a drawn-out evaluation.
