My process was pretty structured but still not overwhelming.

First I did a phone interview, and then I went in person for the second round, where I spoke with the GM and the AGM. That face-to-face part leaned heavily into situation-based questions, and it was clear they wanted to see how I’d respond when things got tricky in a retail environment.

What stood out was how quickly they followed up. The timing after the interviews felt fast, so the whole thing didn’t drag out. Overall it felt like a more “managed” interview journey than a casual store chat—more focused on scenarios and my reasoning than just general conversation.
