I went through an accelerated, fairly intense interview flow that felt like it was designed to pressure-test both my technical thinking and how I communicated.

It started with a technical interview that lasted about an hour. Then I moved into a final day where I had three separate 30-minute conversations—two behavioral discussions and one more technical one.

After that day, the work didn’t feel purely theoretical. I remember sitting through a standard case study as part of the technical assessment, and I also had to handle a paper LBO where I walked through the logic behind my assumptions and approach. Between those technical moments, I was asked behavioral questions and also had opportunities to walk through my resume in a more detailed way.
