The Blackstone Group Business Analyst interview experience

After that, I had a one-way virtual interview, and the format required me to respond to prompts without live back-and-forth.

I didn’t make it past the one-way interview. The experience didn’t feel like it turned into a technical challenge; it was more about how I came across in the recording and whether my responses matched what they were screening for.

I left feeling like the process was straightforward but also a little unforgiving, because a big part of the evaluation was compressed into a recorded format. Honestly, that uncertainty made it harder to feel confident about my chances.
