After I applied through Thales’ site, I got a phone call a short while later.

The next step was an online conversation with HR, people from the NAS division, and a couple of colleagues I’d potentially work with. The whole thing ran long, but it didn’t feel very technical—more like a broad discussion about fit and the team.

I walked away feeling like I’d been treated like a real person rather than just another resume. The interview atmosphere was professional and calm, and it was easier than I expected from the outset. Ultimately, there was no offer, and the process ended without further steps after that extended screen.
