I tried to schedule the first online round, and when arranging the date they let me choose a public holiday.

I picked that day, showed up, and then sat waiting for a full 30 minutes before I left.

After the no-show, they clarified that the interviewer was on holiday and said I should wait for new updates. I never received another update after that, and the process just stalled out.

It was extremely difficult in a different way than interview difficulty—nothing about it felt fair or well-managed. I didn’t get an offer, and the main lesson I took from it was that even when the process looks scheduled, it can still completely fall apart without clear communication.
