Thales Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had an HR interview and then another round with a manager.

The difficult part wasn’t the questions so much as the waiting. There were no meaningful updates for about a month, and later I got a call asking me to wait a few more weeks. That didn’t turn into a clear timeline; I ended up waiting about two months total before anything moved again.

Even with the delays, I felt the process itself wasn’t chaotic—just slow. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the lack of communication timing made it harder to stay confident that I was still in active consideration.
