Tenable Customer Success Engineer interview experience

It wasn’t a formal, stiff process at all—more casual than I expected. Even though I’d assumed things would be pretty “business,” the emphasis was on being comfortable in my own skin rather than trying to present a particular image.

They also had multiple employees from the department involved during the interview, and they asked questions tied closely to things I’d likely run into on the job. The questions felt practical, and that made the whole experience feel less like a generic interview and more like they were trying to see how I fit the actual day-to-day work.
