Tejas Networks Software Engineer interview experience

My first step was a shortlist exam that mixed verbal, quantitative, technical, and coding questions.

After that exam, I was asked to take another assessment through a HirePro-style platform. That second test included three coding questions plus aptitude and technical questions, and only then did the remaining shortlisted candidates proceed to technical and HR.

The overall flow felt like a filtering pipeline: exam, then more exam-style screening, and only after that did the process move into interviews. I didn’t get an offer, and the experience was mostly about passing those staged assessments rather than extensive live interaction.
