Los Angeles, CAPosted Jun 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an easier-on-paper but still competitive process that focused heavily on coding, including a same-day two-question block or a long onsite with multiple whiteboard rounds.

Recruiter + hiring manager — early chats to confirm fit.
Coding block — two coding challenges in a single day (about an hour each).
Onsite / engineering manager behavioral — a behavioral interview with an engineering manager.
Onsite whiteboard challenges — multiple leetcode-style whiteboard sessions plus lunch with engineers. Outcome: No offer; the main differentiator was performance on live coding rather than deep systems work.
