Tanium Solutions Engineer interview experience

It started with a recruiter, then I met with a hiring manager, followed by a panel-style interview, and then another round with an AVP. Technical questions showed up throughout, but the conversations also centered on whether I’d work well with that specific team.

The pace is what stood out. One part of my experience felt fast in the sense that all of my interviews happened within about a week, but the broader process also carried a difficult, drawn-out vibe where scheduling felt spread out. Eventually I didn’t move forward, and I remember the notice coming only after a stretch of silence.
