Suffolk, VAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Right from the beginning, the recruiter described the structure pretty clearly: a quick technical screen, a culture-fit check, then an intense technical panel, and finally one more culture-fit interview.

It sounded like a tight plan, and I went into it expecting to be judged on both how I think and how I collaborate.

After that first screen, the process continued through technical rounds and then additional fit-focused interviews. Even though people told me my solutions were correct during the technical conversations, the final decision didn’t go my way. I got rejected after the full run, and it honestly made the process feel contradictory—like I had strong signals from the interviewers while the final email still said I wasn’t the one they wanted.
