Baltimore, MDPosted Jun 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter touchpoint, I went through a few rounds over the phone.

Eventually, they flew a small set of candidates in for in-person interviews. The day felt pretty structured: I met people across the team, and there was a lunch built into the schedule, which made it easier to read the culture than if it had been only back-to-back questions.

There was also a case study, and that became the main moment where the role requirements showed up in a concrete way rather than just conversation. Overall, the process matched the “business analyst” vibe—practical thinking, clear communication, and an ability to translate what I knew into something useful for the team.
