Baltimore, MDPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter that focused heavily on resume-based behavioral questions.

It felt like the decision might already have been made going in—the conversation was short and the tone was more checklist than exploration.

Besides the usual background and experience discussion, I also got asked about whether I would be willing to move to Baltimore. That question stood out because it felt like a gating factor, not just a normal logistics check.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall impression was that it was an early screen where they quickly confirm fit and logistics rather than dig into deeper evaluation.
