London, EnglandPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter organized my first interview, and I met with an interviewer who was nice.

We went through my CV and the job spec felt pretty vague, which made it harder to tell exactly what criteria they were using.

After that initial screen, I never heard back—neither from the company nor from the recruiter. The interview itself was fine, but the communication afterward was really poor, and it left the process feeling unfinished.

Since there was no follow-up or next step, I ended up without an offer and with the frustration of not knowing where things stood.
