T. Rowe Price Business Analyst interview experience

Most of what I was asked centered on the company’s culture and mission—trying to understand whether I really matched what they stood for—and the interview format could be pretty open-ended depending on the role.

I also expected business case problems, and that expectation turned out to be accurate. The case-style questioning made the round feel less like a pure conversation and more like an evaluation of how I’d reason through a scenario.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall impression was that the process tested both alignment and problem-solving rather than only background.
