T. Rowe Price Business Analyst interview experience

During those conversations, I had to answer the questions they asked directly and back up my points with examples when possible.

The experience was fairly moderate in difficulty—less about any single “gotcha” topic and more about whether my reasoning sounded grounded. I left with the sense that they were looking for someone who could connect prior experience to the kind of impact the role needed, not just talk in generalities. I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt the managers were testing for clarity and credibility more than anything else.
