My first step was an HR screening, followed by a half-day interview with members of the team and the hiring manager.

The team interviews were scheduled as about 30 minutes per person.

Across the sessions, the questions focused on past experiences relevant to the job description and how I fit with the team. It felt like a focused exploration of my background through multiple lenses, where each interviewer got a short window and then moved on.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but it was a clear, structured format that gave me a real sense of how many people were involved in the decision.
