T. Rowe Price Business Analyst interview experience

There was basically no communication after the recruiter reached out, even though they assured me they’d keep me updated. I kept following up by calling and emailing, but I wasn’t getting responses.

Because of that silence, the whole thing became hard to manage emotionally—I kept waiting without knowing where I stood or what step was coming next. In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and what stayed with me wasn’t the interview content as much as the lack of clarity throughout the process. The hardest part was feeling like I was out of the loop the entire time.
