The first stage was an Excel test, which set the tone right away that they cared about practical analysis.

After that, I went through two 1-on-1 interviews with members of the team.

Overall it felt smooth and well-paced—no major confusion about what came next. The conversations were focused on fit and how I worked, and the Excel stage made everything feel grounded in actual capability.

I still didn’t get the offer, but I came away feeling like the process ran cleanly end to end, even if my final results weren’t enough.
