Swiggy Business Analyst interview experience

I had three rounds packed into about two hours: a SQL-focused round first, then a business round, and finally a managerial round. Everything felt like it was testing different layers—technical execution, business thinking, and how I would operate in a leadership context.

Afterward, HR called the next day and told me I was selected. The whole experience, from start to finish, was straightforward and quick, with no long waiting period once the final round was done. Looking back, what stood out most was how clearly sequenced the rounds felt, and how quickly the team moved to a decision.
