My interview process stretched over about two weeks, which was different from the quick, sprint-style loops I was used to.

I first got contacted through LinkedIn and then started with a take-home mini-project on React, with a few days to prepare. The project component felt real because it wasn’t just a coding prompt—it was about building something small but coherent.

After that, I went through a code review step along with JS basics, then moved into logical reasoning and problem-solving plus DS fundamentals. The managerial round came next, where the discussion covered the role, company, and my attitude and interest. A final round focused on React Native, where I had to design a simple app using the basics.
