Swiggy Software Engineer interview experience

IndiaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

When I was interviewing for a Senior SWE role at Swiggy, a big part of what came up early was practical planning—mostly compensation expectations and logistics like whether working from home was part of the policy.

I wanted clarity on what TC I should reasonably think about, and how flexible the setup would be.

Those questions ended up feeling just as important as the interview itself, because without knowing the work-from-home stance, it was hard to map the role to my personal constraints. I didn’t get detailed technical round content tied to the Senior SWE track from my notes, but the conversation made it clear that expectations around pay and remote flexibility were part of the process I went through.
