My interviews were tough and stressful from the start, and the questions felt like they were designed to push applied probability and expected value across multiple stages.

I went from online assessments to later phone rounds, and it consistently landed on probability and EV-style reasoning rather than anything more open-ended. On top of that, the tests ramped up: even in the earlier parts, the questions started easier and then got harder and harder.

One of the online stages had 17 questions to solve in about an hour covering logic, math, probability, and combinatorics, and it required real speed because the difficulty increased as I progressed.
