Philadelphia, PAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an HR round where I talked with someone from HR directly.

The conversation was friendly and easy to communicate through, and there were no technical questions at all. Instead, it was a background discussion paired with behavioral questions and questions about my research interests.

It felt more like fit and motivation screening than a quant test, and while the tone was comfortable, I didn’t end up receiving an offer. The final feeling was that I was being evaluated on how I presented myself and aligned with the role, but I didn’t make it past that stage.
