Susquehanna International Group Quantitative Researcher interview experience

When I got into the main interview, the focus was very specific: I was asked to identify arbitrage opportunities using two lotteries, and then I had to reason about making markets for unknown quantities.

The questions weren’t framed like general probability worksheets—they were more like practical reasoning about uncertainty and pricing. It felt difficult, and the interview ended without me moving toward an offer. My reflection afterward was that I could tell they were testing a very particular trading intuition, and I didn’t fully match what they were looking for in that moment.
