Seattle, WAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the interview process quick, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable.

The staff and management felt sharp and straightforward, and it was clear they had a goal in mind rather than dragging things out.

The entire process took about two weeks, which made a big difference emotionally. I didn’t have to wait forever between steps, and that kept the experience from turning stressful.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I walked away feeling like the process was high quality. My reflection was that when the communication is clear and the timeline is tight, the interview experience stays respectful even when the outcome isn’t favorable.
